 | Board members are elected for three year terms at the annual meeting which is held the second Friday in May. Candidates must be members of the Fergus Falls Senior Citizens Program, Inc. |
| Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the Senior Center, 115 Lincoln Avenue West, Fergus Falls MN. |

Independent Report on Financials*
*An independent annual audit is not required of our organization based on the amount of revenue required by state law to mandate an audit. The program nevertheless has an independent tax accountant look over our books and provide a written report of his findings to the Board of Directors.
